Welcoming Events of New Students 2019

Welcoming Ceremony of MPWK UNDIP new students was held on Monday, August 6, 2019. Starting with a report from the Chairperson of the MPWK UNDIP Study Program, Dr. Iwan Rudiarto, ST, MSc continued with remarks from the Head of the Department of Regional and City Planning, Dr. Ir. Hadi Wahyono, MA, and the event was opened by the Dean of the Faculty of Engineering UNDIP, by  Ir. M. Agung Wibowo, MT, MM, Ph.D. On this occasion, it was also attended and briefed by Mr. Ali Muharam SIP, MSE, MA, as the Head of Education and Training of Degree Planning, PUSPINDIKLATREN BAPENAS, in connection with the Linkage Program / Double Degree with universities in Europe, as well as the Linkage Program plan with universities in Japan, as well as collaborative programs Smart City. Symbolically, the admission of new students is represented by the giving of study program and thesis writing  book for 2 students. The welcoming events program also held introductions of MPWK lecturers and education staff guided by the Secretary of the UNDIP MPWK Study Program, by  Wido Prananing Tyas, ST, MDP, Ph.D. The  Opening Ceremony is the beginning of a 10-day Matriculation program with the aim to  give the new students of hands on lectures, through Introduction for Urban and Regional Planning and Academic Writing. Campus introduction is also a program of this Matriculation. Through this series of Welcoming programs, it is hoped that students will be better prepared to undergo the learning process in the MPWK UNDIP study program, and be able to complete their studies on time.
